Dr. Maguire is an experienced general dentist with extensive post-graduate training in medical research.
In addition to his clinical work, he was a medical scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory for
23 years. He recently completed his M.P.H. Degree in Public Health and is active in public service in
Dentistry and scientific education.

At the age of 14 John Maguire immigrated to California from the United Kingdom. He enjoys running,
travel, reading and spending time with his family. He is also a board member for two non-profit
